To facilitate the artwork inventory process, the foundation has rented a warehouse in Yonghe to serve as the base for storing and organizing the artworks.
To organize and assess the condition of the artworks, the foundation has initiated the Jo Hsieh Artwork Inventory Project. A contract for the inventory has been signed with Ms. Chen Li-wen, and Professor Chen Kuang-yi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts, will serve as the supervising professor.

The Foundation's 2020 1st Session, 6th Board of Directors Meeting. Professor Chen Kuang-Yi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts, has been appointed as an advisor.
The foundation’s YouTube video production project for Jo Heish's artworks has commenced, with Wu Wei-Hsuan appointed as the creator.
CHINI Gallery has granted permission for the free use of audiovisual materials related to Jo Hsieh's works.
The foundation's grant and support guidelines were discussed and unanimously approved by the Board of Directors and have now commenced.
The Foundation's 2020 1st Session, 5th Board of Directors Meeting, was held to amend the bylaws in compliance with the government's anti-money laundering regulations.
