Pencil Series: The Flow of Time
Jo uses the purest qualities of pencil to subtly depict the slow, flowing river of life. Following the lines in her work, Jo breaks through the limits of time and space, guiding us through the past and into the present. Watching *The Flow of Time*, one can't help but reflect on how small we are in the vast current of time, appearing by chance and quietly fading away.   P.S. 浮生若夢
Life is but a Dream
The uniqueness of Jo's artwork lies in the fact that, depending on one's state of mind, each person may experience a different feeling when viewing it. For me, the piece shared this time seems to be saying: "The moon has its phases—waxing, waning, full, and new; people experience joy and sorrow, parting and reunion. Isn't everything in life just like a fleeting dream?" I'm curious, what feelings arise in your heart when you see this piece? Feel free to leave a comment and share with me! P.S. Who am I 自畫像系列 VI
Self-portrait Series VI
About the Self-Portrait Series Jo has been creating self-portraits since 1993, exploring the inner turbulence and restless spirits within herself. Starting from self-portraits, she continuously explores, organizes, and ultimately transforms into a purer, more singular version of herself. Just like the different styles of Jo created with various media in her self-portrait series, the way she is perceived by family, friends, classmates, and teachers also shows entirely different aspects of her. Life is full of twists and turns, where what seems like an obstacle at first can later be looked back on with amusement. How to untangle complexities and heal wounds will be presented one by one in Jo's self-portrait series. Through this, she hopes to help viewers gain a deeper understanding of their own inner world.

Photo Etching Series
Jo's Etching Prints Printmaking dates back to 5,000 years ago in China, originating from stone rubbing, and later evolving through traditional folk woodcut New Year paintings to modern techniques such as screen printing and copperplate engraving. It is one of the most common and widespread forms of artistic expression, while also serving as an important cultural and creative medium to document folk customs. Jo's prints are dynamic and layered, using various materials in her work. Among them, copperplate techniques are the most complex, allowing for the creation of the most diverse artistic expressions. In addition to the photochemical etching series featured in this video, Jo also has a unique series of bacterial etchings, which will be compiled and shared for everyone to appreciate in the future.
