Artist Biography Renowned Taiwanese abstract artist Jo Hsieh (謝貽娟) was born in Taiwan in 1967. In 1991, she moved to London to further her studies and obtained a master's degree from the Royal College of Art in the UK in 1998. She later settled in the UK before returning to Taiwan in 2015 to complete the final stage of her artistic journey. Jo Hsieh passed away in Taipei in September 2017.
